Service Support Assistant - Carlock Auto Group
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support our Service Advisors and assist with daily service department operations. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in the automotive service industry, with potential advancement into Service Advisor and other dealership roles.
Responsibilities:
Assist with loaner vehicle check-in/check-out processes
Scan, organize, and maintain documents and records
Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
Assist Service Advisors with customer and workflow support
Help maintain accurate paperwork and department organization
Provide professional customer service as needed
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Customer service experience preferred
