What You'll Do

As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our Family Practice physicians and clinical staff to provide comprehensive primary care services, including:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and evaluation of health concerns.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic studies such as laboratory tests, imaging, and EKGs as appropriate.
• Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions within your scope of practice.
• Developing individualized treatment plans, including patient education, medication management, preventive care, and follow-up services.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Supporting quality care initiatives and maintaining compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on exceptional patient experiences.

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications

• Current certification and licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (APRN/NP) .
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in Family Practice, Primary Care, or a related outpatient setting.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
