Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Agile Coach to join their team. As an Agile Coach, you will be part of the Technology Department supporting multiple engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Agile Coach

Location: Charlotte, NC

What's the Job?

• Drive automation adoption by guiding development teams through test management automation and CI/CD pipeline tooling.
• Advise teams on strategies to reduce technical debt and improve code quality through refactoring and standards implementation.
• Align productivity methodologies with modern engineering practices to enhance technical delivery.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and playbooks to scale engineering best practices across the enterprise.
• Act as a change agent, building buy-in from engineering teams and overcoming resistance to new tools or methodologies.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in software development, engineering leadership, or technical architecture.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps concepts using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, XL Release, and Ansible Tower.
• 7+ years of experience leading and executing test automation frameworks including TDD and BDD with tools like nUnit/xUnit, Selenium, and SonarQube.
• Proven track record in a senior coaching capacity within large-scale enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in promoting and coaching modern CI/CD pipeline tooling and test management automation best practices.
