Leasing Agent (14450)

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Leasing Agent to support the administration of approximately 160 PBV tenants. This position involves tenant and landlord communication, recordkeeping, data entry, lease-ups, tenant reviews, and general office support.Pay:20.00/hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:30 PMHours:35 hours per weekKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate tenant files and records using computer software.Process rent payments and update tenant information.Conduct annual and interim tenant reviews and schedule lease-ups.Respond to applicants, tenants, landlords, and public inquiries.Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation.Assist with applications, work orders, and maintenance requests.Assist with PBV-related court matters and employee training.Maintain policies, procedures, and program records.QualificationsStrong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.Ability to learn and use computer software.Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.Ability to multitask and work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to maintain accurate records and work professionally with the public.Pay Details: $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
