Technical Program Manager

Zetier seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and manage $10m+ contracts within the cybersecurity and operations domains supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC). Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards. Required 10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience Proven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts Proficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiations Experience managing contract deliverables and financial projections Familiarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs) Experience managing cross-functional internal and external teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Active U.S. security clearance Desired Technical background in DoD/IC engineering or program management Experience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operations Insights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs) Background in CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials Experience leading prime proposal and whitepaper writing efforts Established network of industry contacts and relationships Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, STIG) Experience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs) PMP or equivalent certification Primary office and classified systems in Arlington, VA.
