Customer Service RepresentativeSirius Staffing is immediately hiring for several upcoming openings for on-site, full-time Customer Service Representatives with a large utility company in West Monroe, LA. If you are interested in working for a large utility company, possess basic computer skills, have experience answering phones and responding to emails, and are looking for a full-time on-site position, contact us today. Rate: $14/hr Schedule: Mon - FriYou will start out with a 6-week (paid) Training, 8-5. It is imperative that you attend every day during the 6-week training session. After training, you could be assigned to work either a rotating schedule of 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7, Monday - Friday.Position Summary: You will interact directly with customers to provide information, resolve inquiries, and ensure a high level of satisfaction with products and services. This role involves handling customer questions, processing orders, addressing complaints, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely resolution and service delivery.
