Assistant Sales Manager Full-Time | Hybrid (Sales + Leadership) What You’ll Do Run 4–6 in-home sales appointments weekly Complete ~4 ride-alongs/week to coach and support reps Lead and support team trainings, meetings, and daily huddles Track team performance and hold reps accountable to goals Provide 1:1 coaching to improve results Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members What This Role Is This is a hands‑on leadership role. You’ll lead by example, continue selling, and help develop a high‑performing sales team.
