Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic auto finance location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will deliver outstanding customer service, support access awareness, and use strong communication while working with a team that values being agile, reliable, innovative, and people first, always acting with integrity.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report maintenance, access control, and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and contractor access as directed by site policies, and assist with badge, key, and/or access point procedures.
• Support day-to-day operations at an automotive finance location by observing activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and following post orders for after-hours coverage, closing checks, and incident notification.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• This is primarily a driving post.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
