This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that offers a consistent 40-hour workweek, excellent benefits upon hire, and opportunities for growth. $18.50 per Hour Sunday Night Wednesday Night (4-Day Work Week!)Shift Options 7:00 PM 5:30 AM OR 8:00 PM 6:30 AM Job Responsibilities: As a Production Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring quality products are manufactured safely and efficiently. Duties include:-Perform quality inspections on finished products. -Conduct sand analysis and other basic laboratory testing. -Complete required production and quality documentation accurately. -Sort acceptable castings into designated containers while separating scrap material. -Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. -Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. -Operate a forklift when required (company certification provided). Qualifications: -Basic math skills required. -Must be able to walk approximately 68 miles during a 10-hour shift. -Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds. -Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred but not required. -Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. -Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written instructions. -Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. -Highschool Diploma or GED is required If you have forklift experience:-Must possess a valid Driver's License. -No more than 2 points on your driving record. -No DUI convictions within the past 7 years. -Company-provided forklift certification is required before operating equipment. -If you do not have forklift experience, forklift training is not required Our comprehensive benefits package encompasses: 1 week of paid vacation after 6 months, increasing to 2 weeks after 1 year 12 paid holidays 3 allocated personal days Additional benefits encompass: Immediate access to comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, effective from DAY 1 as a full-time employee Annual $200.00 boot allowance Immediate 401K enrollment with company match, also effective from DAY 1 as a full-time employee Annual 3% profit-sharing contribution, directed to the employee's selected 401K Mancan is the only staffing company to offer our employees competitive benefits including direct deposit paycheck options, paid time off for holidays & vacations, life/health/dental insurance, career development/training, and 401(k) with company match!
