What You'll Do As a Claims Adjuster, you’ll learn how to guide individuals through the claims process and ensure they receive the support and resolution they need. You’ll become the go-to person managing claims from start to finish. You’ll build relationships and guide people primarily over the phone and through email, serving as their main point of contact throughout the claims process. Through our training program, you’ll gain a strong understanding of insurance and claims principles so you can confidently and independently manage claims for our clients.
