License/Certifications: Valid Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Experience: Prior outpatient or home health experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $63.65

What You'll Do

• Evaluate physical therapy needs for a diverse patient population, including pediatric to geriatric patients
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve patient mobility and independence
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning as needed
• Assess, plan, treat, and evaluate progress to meet individual recovery goals

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain it
• Prior experience in outpatient, home health, or similar setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to transfer and position patients safely

Preferred:

• Experience working with a diverse patient age range
• Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation standards
