Marketing Manager

Job Description Ringside Talent is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the company's marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role responsible for strengthening the Ringside brand, increasing market visibility, and supporting business growth through digital marketing, content, email campaigns, sales enablement, and events. Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute Ringside's marketing strategy, initiatives, and marketing calendar.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, website content, and strategies to increase traffic and visibility.
- Own Ringside's social media presence, including LinkedIn, content creation, posting, and engagement.
- Write and publish blogs, market insights, company updates, and other thought-leadership content.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters for clients, prospects, candidates, and consultants.
- Partner with sales teams to create sales enablement materials, presentations, service overviews, case studies, and targeted campaigns that help generate and win business.
- Plan and execute client events, company events, sponsorships, and other brand-building opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, sales materials, digital channels, events, and external communications.
- Track and report on marketing performance, including website traffic, SEO, email engagement, and social media results.
- A consistent, professional, and recognizable Ringside brand across all channels.
- Marketing that directly supports sales, recruiting, and company growth.
- Increased digital visibility, website traffic, and audience engagement.
- Consistent, high-quality content and email communication.
- Sales teams equipped with strong marketing tools and materials.
- Professionally executed events that strengthen client relationships and brand awareness.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
- Strong writing, content creation, and communication skills.
- Experience with social media, SEO, email marketing, and digital platforms.
- Ability to create effective sales and marketing materials.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for brand consistency and quality.
- Comfortable owning initiatives and executing in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- B2B, professional services, staffing, or recruiting experience is a plus
