Responsibilities: Assures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements Provides education and competency documentation Implements and maintains the laboratory Quality Improvement Program Investigates, collects and analyzes data and communicates outcomes to improve patient careObtains accurate and timely compilation of laboratory data Formats Quality Assurance (QA) Quality Improvement (QI) spreadsheets and maintains files and reports for laboratory administration.
