Store Manager - Dallas NorthPark

Summary The Store Manager is accountable for the overall operation, sales performance, and profitability of the Dallas NorthPark store through effective merchandise, inventory, expense and people management. This role builds and executes store strategy and action plans, monitors KPIs and financial results, and leads the store team to deliver elevated clienteling and customer experiences. The manager ensures operational excellence across scheduling, cash handling, visual standards and CRM processes. Responsibilities Develop and implement store strategy and annual action plans to achieve sales and financial goals. Manage store KPIs, review P&L, control expenses and optimize payroll and staffing levels. Recruit, train and develop store personnel; foster engagement and performance management. Drive customer service standards, clienteling and CRM to grow and retain a long-term client base. Oversee daily store operations including POS accuracy, cash handling, banking procedures and store presentation. Lead merchandising and visual standards, analyze product performance and collaborate on assortment priorities. Requirements Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market; client book preferred. Keyholder or store leadership experience; multi‑unit management experience preferred. Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze sales reports and implement action plans. Ability to stand and walk up to eight hours and lift or move up to 50 pounds.
