Las funciones principales son: - Recepcin y acompaamiento de los clientes. - Gestin de libro de reservas, quejas e incidencias. - Organizar los diferentes turnos de comensales. - Gestin y formacin del equipo de hostess. - Formar y liderar el equipo de personal a cargo. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de las expectativas y estndares de calidad. - Captacin y fidelizacin de clientes Es indispensable aportar un nivel fluido de ingls y castellano. Requisitos mnimos Experiencia mnima de 4aos en restaurantes mediterrneos de gran volumen. Formacin adecuada al puesto. Nivel alto de ingls y espaol. Excelencia en servicio. Persona resolutiva, con don de gentes y detallista con el cliente. Titular de pasaporte espaol. Dispuesto a mudarse a California, USA. Contrato inicial de 6 o 12 meses.
