Process financial transactions accurately and timely in a friendly and professional manner. The variety of transactions may be completed via the lobby, drive‑thru, ATM, and other avenues. Balance assigned cash drawer and research differences where applicable. Actively listen to our customers, and communicate in a friendly, positive manner at all times; even in difficult situations. Recognize customer needs and cross‑sell bank products/services ensuring recommendations are customer centric to meet the needs of the customer. Requirements You’ve Got This: Cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred Basic math skills, computer/typing skills and the ability to count U.S. currency Analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and work well with internal and external customers in a cooperative, positive manner Look for cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities in a customer‑centric manner. Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 20 lbs.
