Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components.
• Conduct research and analysis to ensure optimal performance of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and resolve issues.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation for designs, specifications, and reports.
• Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and maintenance phases.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards.
• Proficient in using engineering software and tools for design and analysis.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 25 years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Previous experience in a senior engineering role is preferred.
• Experience in managing projects and leading a team is a plus.
• Prior experience in a consulting environment is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
