• Licensure/Certifications: Active Nurse Practitioner license in MA; cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Experience: Preferred minimum 2 years in internal medicine or related field

What You'll Do:

• Provide in-person medical care within an inpatient psychiatric unit for adult patients
• Handle medical consults for issues such as sore throats, rashes, diabetic management, and medication reviews
• Collaborate with support staff including social workers and nurses
• Conduct inpatient rounds on a 20-bed unit
• Support the treatment team with medical issues excluding behavioral health
• Manage patient care in accordance with facility protocols and state regulations

What You Need:

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts (MA)
• At least 2 years of relevant healthcare experience
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• No telehealth required; on-site coverage only
