A Team Member must understand the importance of the customer experience and understand that they are the "Face" of Firehouse Subs. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people.

Additional Requirements:
- Must obtain Food Handlers license in first 30 days
- Able to learn menu with perfection
- Able to lift 30+ pounds
- Able to work on your feet for several hours
- Move quickly and think fast
- Stay active and busy
- Open Availability
Job duties include, but are not limited to::
- Total menu knowledge
- Ensure order accuracy and quality
- Work in an efficient and quick manner
- Ensure total Restaurant cleanliness
- Maintain a fun and fulfilling work environment

- Excellent communication skills
