Come be a part of this incredible and inclusive team at Invited!/ph3Job Summary/h3pAs an Outside Bartender, you are responsible for maintaining beverage control, ensuring accurate pouring, and serving of products, while keeping the bar area clean and organized. You will provide exceptional service that aligns with the clubs standards and meets or exceeds member expectations. You will consistently uphold the 3-steps of service at every opportunity to enhance the member and guest experience./ph3Reporting Structure/h3pReports to the Director of Food Beverage, Director of Beverage, Director of Restaurants, or Director of Banquets/ph3Day to Day/h3pDeliver high standards of service as outlined in the FB service training program./ppAssist with the service of food and beverages to members and guests at the bar./ppKnow members names, greet them promptly, provide a warm and personalized experience./ppAccurately execute member and guest orders and requests in a timely manner./ppAddress and resolve member and guest complaints professionally, notifying management of issues and practicing effective service recovery./ppPrepare the bar area for service by setting up bottles, garnishes, glassware, and ice, ensuring all items are fully stocked and in place at the start of each shift./ppConsistently check the bar area for cleanliness and maintain an orderly and organized work area, including regular sanitizing./ppEnsure daily assignments and side work are complete to meet club standards, including restocking and refilling supplies./ppMaintain comprehensive knowledge of the a la carte menu, including daily features and specials that may not be on the menu./ppEnsure all liquor items are properly stocked, accurately poured, and responsibly managed to maintain beverage control./ppPossess and maintain clear knowledge of all liquors, beers, and wines available at the club./ppSupport fellow employees and contribute to a positive team environment. Be proactive in assisting members and guests ensuring delivery of the 3-steps of service./ppComplete additional duties as assigned by management./ppStay aware of and actively participate in team efforts, providing support wherever needed./ppEnsure all daily assignments and side work are completed to meet club standards./ph3Additional Duties/h3pDue to the dynamic nature of the club, employees are expected to assist others as needed and take on additional tasks as assigned by management./ppFollow all company, club, and department policies, procedures, and instructions./ppMaintain a high level of professionalism and a commitment to excellence in interactions with members, colleagues, and staff./ppFollow safe working practices, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines and encouraging others to do the same./ppTake the initiative in personal and professional growth and maintain any required certifications relevant to your role./ppAddress and resolve challenges using available resources, working with regional and corporate teams to support club operations./ppAttend daily briefings and actively engage in required activities to stay informed and contribute to the teams success./ppWear a clean, neat uniform that meets club standards./ph3About You/h3pPreferred/ppHigh school diploma or equivalent./ppCertification in alcohol and food safety awareness./ppPrevious experience in Food Beverage service./ppExcellent communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately./ppStrong commitment to maintaining the highest ethical work standards./ppComfortable working in both indoor and occasional outdoor environments./ppBasic bar and wine knowledge, including but not limited to various cocktails and wine varietals./ppAbility to properly open a bottle of wine with a wine tool./ph3Physical Requirements/h3pMust be able to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods./ppAbility to work in varying temperatures and environments, with potential exposure to dust, fumes, or gases./ppCapable of climbing ladders, squatting, kneeling, reaching, grasping, twisting, bending, and folding/unfolding as required./ppAble to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. occasionally./ppEffective communication skills, including talking and hearing, with sufficient visual acuity./ph3Primary Tools/Equipment/h3pTrays (2 - 60 lbs.)/ppPOS System/ppBottle Opener/ppWine Tool/ppBlender/ppBar Dishwasher/ph3Work Schedule/h3pAttendance requirements for this position as outlined on the weekly schedule./ppAdditional hours are required to meet deadlines of the position, including weekends and/or holidays./ppWe believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards package reflects that commitment.
