Position Overview Server at Red Robin: Responsible for taking orders using handheld technology, serving food and drinks in a timely accurate manner, and delivering a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. This role is a part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service skills are a must. Responsibilities Take orders using handheld technology. Serve food and drinks in a timely accurate manner. Deliver a fun and satisfying dining experience to guests. Provide excellent customer service as part of the Front of House service team. Qualifications Must be 18 or older. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible schedule. Compensation Pay Run: $7.50 + tips (hourly pay will not be less than applicable minimum wage). Other Types of Compensation: Tips, Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week).
