Living Shores - Guest Experience Host

Guest Experience Host Responsibilities Ticket & Pass Processing: Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, selling tickets, operating POS, following PCI procedures, processing season passes, and validating online tickets or coupons. Admissions: Scan passes, tickets, and wristbands, issue additional materials, check bags, monitor exits, maintain a clean main gate, replenish maps, and preserve park items. Guest Relations: Delight guests by addressing questions via email, phone, and in‑person, directing requests to appropriate managers, and relaying relevant information through radio communication. Assist other departments and perform additional duties as instructed by leadership. Requirements & Qualifications No education requirement. Must be at least 16 years old to comply with NH Child Labor Laws. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Have reliable transportation to and from the scheduled shift. Comply with all uniform policies. Possess exceptional customer service skills, including resolving questions, problems, and concerns in a positive and professional manner. Speak directly with guests while maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Follow direction, multi‑task, and work as part of a team as well as independently. Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus. Physical & Working Conditions Stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the workday; occasionally stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders. Remain sedentary for periods while using a computer or POS equipment. Carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 20 pounds or more. Work both in an office setting and outdoors, with variable temperatures, high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, loud noise, flashing lights, and heavy crowds.
