Kaptiv8 is a growing marketing agency focused on strategy-led execution. We partner with ambitious brands to deliver thoughtful branding, high-performing marketing campaigns, and modern website design and development to drive measurable growth. This role reports directly to the Social Media Manager and supports a small, high-performing team. You will contribute across client accounts through campaign execution, tracking implementation, and website optimization. We’re looking for a digitally-fluent, analytically-minded marketer who takes initiative and thrives in a hands-on environment. Role Description The Content Specialist is responsible for digital campaign execution, analytics implementation, SEO and social media support, website updates, and performance reporting. You will help ensure campaigns are built correctly, tracking is accurate, data is reliable, and insights are actionable. You will support strategy with disciplined execution. Key Responsibilities Social Media Support Support the Social Media Manager with scheduling, campaign coordination, and performance reporting Load, format and publish social media posts according to strict brand standards and best practices Curate copy tailored to specific brand voices and target audiences Participate in campaign planning and strategy discussions Stay current with platform updates and industry best practices Paid Media Support Build and launch Meta and Google Ads campaigns from setup through optimization Conduct keyword research and audience targeting development Implement proper campaign structures aligned to business goals Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, Conv. Rate) Monitor budget and performance trends SEO Support Conduct keyword research to inform landing page and content optimization Implement on-page SEO best practices (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, schema where appropriate) Optimize existing website content for improved rankings and engagement Support local SEO initiatives and backlink efforts as needed Required Qualifications 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience or equivalent internship experience Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field Proven experience setting up and managing Meta/Google Ads campaignsProficiency in Adobe and Canva Well-versed in Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Working knowledge of SEO best practices Experience working in WordPress Strong analytical and organizational skills Must live in the Athens, Georgia area and willing to work in-office, with the potential to transition into hybrid schedule Preferred Qualifications Google Ads or GA4 certification Experience building high-converting landing pages Experience using Sprout Social and Mailchimp Experience implementing and validating conversion tracking Agency experience is a plus What Success Looks Like Embodies Kaptiv8’s Core Values in client work, internal collaboration, and personal accountability Campaigns are launched accurately and on time Tracking is implemented correctly and data is reliable Reports are clear, insightful, and tied to business objectives Optimization decisions are grounded in performance data Anticipates problems before they impact results, surfaces them early, and implements solutions independently #J-18808-Ljbffr Kaptiv8
