Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist - $2,045 per week

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Registered Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Everett, Washington. Job Summary Respiratory Therapist (RT) located in Everett, Washington. The position provides specialized respiratory care within a Level II Trauma Center. Candidates must bring a license on the first day of assignment. The assignment involves night shifts – three 12‑hour nights per week during a 13‑week contract. Job Details Specialty: Registered Respiratory Therapist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 06/29/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Schedule: 3x12 nights, minimum 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid Washington state or Compact registered nurse license; at least 2 years of experience in Adult Critical Care or Emergency Room settings; current certifications in ACLS, BLS, RRT, NRP preferred. Specialized Skills: adult critical care, aerosol mask/trach setup, support high‑risk delivery, basic EKG interpretation, bicarbonate management, BiPAP, CPAP, direct intubation and extubation, inhaled medications and steroids, arterial blood gas interpretation, airway management (oral/nasal), nitric oxide (NO), pulmonary hygiene, troubleshooting high‑pressure alarms, ventilator weaning, and use of advanced ventilators and bronchoscopes. Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Adult Critical Care or ER; NICU experience preferred. Holiday Requirement: Ability to work three of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day). Additional: Comfortable floating within the same skill set across units; EPIC EMR usage; references covering one year within the last three years; acceptance of the hospital’s charting system.
