Physical Therapist

Position SummaryAs a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions while developing individualized plans of care designed to restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based interventions.Utilize therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education.Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.Accurately complete evaluations, daily treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated patient care.Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as clinic policies.RequiredDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.Current or eligible Georgia Physical Therapy license.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for providing exceptional patient care.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.PreferredOutpatient orthopedic experience.Manual therapy training or certification.Dry Needling certification (or willingness to obtain).Vestibular rehabilitation experience is a plus.New graduates are encouraged to apply.BenefitsCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Flexible scheduling optionsPotential for a four-day clinical schedule with one administrative/work-from-home dayPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceContinuing education assistanceClinical mentorship and professional developmentOpportunities for career growth and leadership advancementWhy Join Our Team?We believe great patient care starts with supporting our clinicians.
