Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician:Dust, mop, vacuum hallway, empty garbage cans, recycle cans, and maintain floorsClean restrooms, break room, and maintain inside/outside of the facilityMaintain building including, but not limited to: structural repairs (floor, doors, ceiling, locks, windows), painting; minor electrical repairs (replace receptacles, switches, light bulbs, ballast, fixtures); plumbing repairs (faucet, sink, toilet repair and/or replacement, unclog drains, etc.)Work independently and efficiently manages timeParticipate in continuous improvement programs.Employ effective, respectful and persuasive spoken and written communication skillsEnsure compliance with work instructions and/or Quality Management System (QMS) proceduresAdhere to all current company policiesWork under minimum supervision (2-4 contacts per shift)Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and others including wearing mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)What You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:Prior building maintenance experience preferredAbility to effectively perform all basic mathematical functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentages)Ability to read, recognize, and/or understand simple general instructionsSatisfactory completion of a criminal background checkVerified eligibility for employment in the United StatesSatisfactory completion of an MVRValid state-issued driver’s licenseAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
