Our clients can look forward to having a top notch medical or allied staff that demonstrate a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and reliability.HOPEWELL STAFFING is sourcing candidates for a medical billing experience in the 77058 area.Ensure all schedules are confirmed daily with a goal of zero errorsMeet with billing manager/supervisor to discuss and resolve schedule confirming issuesMaintain complete, timely and accurate documentation of all schedule confirming issues in order to resolve them in a timely mannerMeet weekly schedule confirming deadlines to ensure accurate billing and payrollRun and analyze billing reports daily to ensure accuracyMinimize schedule confirming errorsMaintains confidentiality of and compliance with all company and patient information in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, HIPPA regulations and company policies.Any additional duties as requested by managementWhat's required:HHA Exchange+ experience preferredComputer skillsResponsible use of confidential informationStrong written and verbal skillsAbility to multi-taskMust be highly organized and detail oriented, and capable of performing under a variety of requirements and deadlines with minimal supervisionShift & training requirements:8A-5P work week, 30-hour work week with opportunity for moreMust be in agreement with online software and systems monitoring.Pay:Very competitiveWill be discussed during interview
