The Solar Consultant role focuses on meeting with homeowners at pre-set, qualified appointments and guiding them through a simple, consultative sales process. All appointments are scheduled in advance, allowing full focus on educating, advising, and closing.
The Role:
- Meet homeowners at scheduled appointments that we set for you
- Educate customers on solar benefits, savings, and system options
- Run a professional, consultative sales presentation
- Build trust, handle questions, and close deals
- Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching

- First year minimum expected income range from $175,000 - $400,000
- Qualified, confirmed appointments with a 70 percent sit rate based on over five years of historical data

- Specialized team structure – marketing, scheduling, design, installation, and service are handled by educated teams so Solar Consultants focus solely on selling
