As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the nutritional needs of our residents are met, while maintaining a high level of quality, safety, and satisfaction.
Dietary Aide Dietary Aide Responsibilities:
Assist with food preparation and presentation for residents, including setting tables, serving meals, and replenishing condiments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dietary department, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping floors
Ensure proper storage and rotation of food and supplies
Collaborate with dietary staff to plan menus and monitor food intake
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and staff
Adhere to dietary standards, regulations, and guidelines for food preparation and service
Dietary Aide Requirements:
Prior experience in food service or related field
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies
