Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure our coverage options remain relevant and effective for our specific client base. Manage branch performance metrics, keeping a steady eye on growth while maintaining high standards for service. Represent The Atlantic District at local events to keep our finger on the pulse of the New Haven area. Requirements Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License. Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales and account management. Deep understanding of the Connecticut insurance market and regional risk factors. Strong track record of mentoring junior staff and fostering professional growth. Fluency in modern insurance management software and standard office productivity suites. Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities for community engagement.
