Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. Our office is located in NE Corner of Tramway and Montgomery. Our office is open 8:30 to 4:30 M-F. I have been a State Farm agent since 1991. I am a proud graduate of University of New Mexico. We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
