Palmers Lawn Care Inc. is seeking hardworking and dependable Landscape Installation Laborers to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality landscape renovations and outdoor transformations , creating beautiful outdoor spaces for homeowners throughout the Brunswick, Strongsville, Medina, and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a professional landscaping team.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape renovation and installation projects
Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses
Install mulch, edging, and decorative stone
Assist with hardscape installations including pavers, patios, and retaining walls
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Provide professional and respectful service when working at client properties

Requirements

1+ year of residential or commercial landscaping experience required
Experience with hardscape or landscape installation is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and motivated
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must have reliable transportation to our Columbia Station shop
