Night Shift Supervisor

**Overview** Responsible for overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, and operations of a facility's buildings, equipment, and systems during specific shift. This includes managing a team of maintenance personnel, scheduling task, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining the facility's optimal operating condition. **Pay:** $77,043.20 per year The pay listed is the salary range for this position. For information about ABM's benefits, visit Recruiting Flyer - Staff & Mgmt ( **Responsibilities** + Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel during assigned shifts. + Assign, prioritize, and monitor maintenance work orders and daily tasks. + Ensure facility equipment, building systems, and infrastructure are maintained in safe and efficient operating condition. + Conduct routine inspections and address operational or maintenance concerns as needed. + Support preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and service disruptions. + Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to support maintenance and facility activities. + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and shift operations. + Respond to facility emergencies and assist in resolving operational issues. + Provide training, guidance, and performance support to maintenance team members. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Facilities Management, Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred. + Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance, building operations, industrial maintenance, or a related field. + Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel. + Knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, and facility operations. + Ability to read and interpret work orders, maintenance schedules, and technical documentation. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management systems (CMMS). + Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
