Operations Supervisor - Liquid Manufacturing

Leads daily manufacturing operations to achieve production, safety, quality, and efficiency goals while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Provides direction, coaching, and support to frontline production employees, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and helps maintain a collaborative, accountable, and adaptable work environment in support of changing business needs.**Essential Functions*** Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of frontline employees by providing clear direction, coaching, and ongoing support, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment.* Promote a culture of safety and quality excellence; ensure compliance with all health, safety, GMP, quality, and company requirements.* Monitor and analyze production, safety, and quality performance indicators; identify trends or gaps; and drive continuous improvement initiatives.* Make sound, timely decisions and resolve operational issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.* Promote open communication, facilitate effective collaboration, and ensure alignment across team members and leadership.* Apply Lean Manufacturing principles (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, continuous improvement) to improve operational efficiency and team performance.* Utilize production, inventory, or ERP systems (e.g., MRP) and leverage standard business tools such as Microsoft Excel, email, and document systems to support operations.* Interpret and analyze production data, including output, yield, efficiency, and other operational metrics.* Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes, material handling practices, and production equipment in a regulated environment.* Demonstrate basic mechanical aptitude by performing equipment changeovers, supporting disassembly and reassembly for cleaning, and interpreting technical documents, equipment manuals, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .* Develop and support employees in a manner that promotes accountability, engagement, and consistent operational execution.**Additional Responsibilities*** Support and actively participate in company, departmental, and safety policies, procedures, and programs**Job Summary**- Other duties as assigned.**Job Qualifications**Bachelor’s degree preferred or High School diploma or equivalent with two + years of experience in leading, supervising or directing employees in a manufacturing environment.
