Associate Recruitment Consultant

Viridan Group is expanding our Contracts division with the launch of our new Houston hub, and we’re looking for an Associate Contract Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This is a remote-first opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home and occasional onsite days at our Downtown Houston hub. You’ll have the autonomy of a remote role while still having the opportunity to collaborate with the team in person. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering contract recruitment assignments across energy, renewables and infrastructure Sourcing and engaging professionals across engineering, construction, project controls, HSE, commissioning, operations and commercial functions Building strong relationships with clients and contractors Managing the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding Supporting retained, exclusive and contingent searches alongside senior consultants Developing your skills across recruitment, business development and client management Progressing toward managing your own clients and specialist market What We’re Looking For Experience in contract recruitment, recruitment sales or B2B sales Experience within energy, renewables, engineering or infrastructure is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills A commercial and results-driven mindset Excellent organizational and time management skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant recruitment or sales experience.
