• Number of Beds: 45 capacity, running mid-20’s
• Patient Ratios: N/A
• Equipment: Mobilizing Pts with vent/trach, NGT/PEG, IVs; Cardiac chairs, hoyer, mobility equipment
• EHR: ProTouch

• Supervisor: Rachel Dargatz, Executive Director

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult-Older Adult (18+)

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Acute care
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: ICU
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Respiratory failure, cardiac, brain injury (CVA, TBI, anoxia), wound care
• Personality Fit: Outgoing, able to manage fast-paced environment, full caseload

• Required Education: Graduated from PT program, current PT license
