Lead Software Engineer - GenAI Full Stack Engineering

Our Client an IT Services and Consultant company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer GenAI / Full Stack Engineering for their Irving TX/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:- Develop and deploy GenAI-enabled solutions
- Integrate AI tools into enterprise development workflows
- Lead GenAI adoption onboarding and best practices
- Collaborate with client business and technology teams
- Optimize performance scalability and developer productivity
- Build and enhance microservices-based applications
- Java 17 & Spring Boot Microservices
- GenAI tools: Devin Claude (Anthropic) Cursor/Copilot-equivalent tools
- Prompt Engineering RAG Agentic AI Multi-Agent Architectures
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations
- Full Stack Development: Java React/Angular TypeScript Python
- APIs Event-Driven Architecture Distributed Systems
- CI/CD and Developer Tooling
- Cloud Platforms (OCP GCP)
- 16 years of software engineering experience
- Strong enterprise application development background
- Experience with AI-driven software delivery and automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced highly collaborative environments
- Excellent growth and advancement opportunities
