Registered Dietitian

DaVita, a leader in clinical kidney care, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our team at 3520 Main St, Ste 400, Amherst, New York. This role focuses on patient‑centered care and collaborative practice within outpatient settings. Responsibilities As a Registered Dietitian, you will be a vital member of each patient’s core care team. Your primary responsibilities include analyzing laboratory results, developing individualized nutrition plans, and educating patients and their families on appropriate dietary choices. You will influence and lead in helping patients live healthier lives. Competitive base salary ranging from $67,000 to $98,000 per year, with experienced clinicians earning $73,000 to $95,000. Qualifications State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located. Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Ability to work flexible schedules, potentially across multiple facilities, and travel when necessary. Successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after hire and training. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and to achieve functional proficiency with DaVita‑specific applications within 60 days. Salary & Compensation Salary Range: $67,000‑$98,000 per year. Experienced clinicians: $73,000‑$95,000 per year. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
