The Role This hybrid role combines office administration with client relationship building, including visits to general contractors at their offices and jobsites, plus light estimating support. It's a great fit for someone organized and personable who wants to learn the construction industry. No construction experience is required; we'll train you. What You'll Do Reach out to new and existing customers by phone, email, and in person Follow up on submitted bids and keep customer records up to date Complete prequalification forms, insurance paperwork, and other customer documents Visit general contractor offices and jobsites to build relationships Support the estimating team with bid organization and simple takeoffs Handle general office administration and keep files organized Coordinate with project managers and estimators on customer needs What We're Looking For Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Friendly and confident communicating with customers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Office administration or customer service experience is a plus What We Offer Hands on training from experienced estimators and project managers A collaborative office team Room to grow into business development, estimating, or project coordination #J-18808-Ljbffr LB Contract Supply
