About our Agency: Our agency opened in 2011 and is a small, close-knit team of three who value flexibility, independence, and strong customer relationships. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a quality control manager in industrial recycling and even owned a paintball park. I also spent time as a professional paintball player, which taught me a lot about discipline, focus, and teamwork.

I've always lived near the beach and consider myself a true Southern California local. Now that I'm an empty nester, I've been enjoying the chance to travel more and explore new places.

We offer dental or vision benefits after the probation period, a Simple IRA, and licensing reimbursement. Our office also uses a rotating Saturday schedule-team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half day or early release during the week to make up for it.

Our culture is very open, flexible, and relaxed. I believe in giving people the space to do their jobs well, so there's no micromanaging here. We're looking for someone who is responsible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a flexible, independent environment. Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications:

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
