Batteries Plus is looking for a National Accounts Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts customers, Commercial Sales team, and store locations. In this role, you'll help ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience through accurate order processing, responsive communication, and proactive problem-solving. You'll work closely with internal teams to manage sales programs, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships that help power our nationwide partnerships.What You'll DoServe as the main point of contact for store-level National Account inquiries.Respond to customer questions about orders, invoices, returns, and credits.Enter and process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy and timeliness.Track shipments and update customers and stores on delivery status.Monitor key performance metrics and follow up to resolve order or invoice issues.Partner with internal teams and Accounting to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.Maintain and update customer agreements, vendor forms, and contract pricing in internal systems.Prepare sales reports and assist the Commercial Sales team with cross-referencing products and data.Support assigned projects and initiatives that enhance the customer and sales experience.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business or related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in order management, sales support, or customer service.Experience with commercial or retail sales environments preferred.Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and order management systems.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.Why Batteries PlusJoin a company that powers people's lives every day.
