This role includes maintaining consistent communication with the Shop team to ensure equipment readiness and compliance, as well as supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple business groups. The CLM will lead and support a team of 120–130 commercial drivers, ensuring adherence to DOT regulations and strong safety performance, while also managing dispatch operations and developing daily load plans. Additionally, the role involves guiding indirect reports (Supervisors), ensuring workloads are aligned with operational needs, and championing key operational initiatives as assigned by leadership. Summary The Manager Customer Logistics will oversee the day-to-day operations within an assigned function and is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Account Management. Mainly responsible for the leadership of direct reports as well as the attainment of daily operational goals within his/her assigned functional area.
