We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our team on a per diem or part‑time weekends basis. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting their recovery, and enhancing their overall well‑being. Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff. Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents. Participate in restorative care programs and activities to promote resident independence and well‑being.
