To be successful in this role, you will be a committed Family Nurse Practitioner passionate about making a direct impact on the health and well-being of the Midtowne community, in a well-equipped and modern clinic designed for optimal patient care. In your role, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors.

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Prescribe medications and manage patient conditions effectively.

• Emphasize preventative care, health promotion, and patient education.

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care, maintaining accurate and detailed electronic health records, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Required:

• Board-Eligible/Board-Certified

• Active or eligible license in the state of Arkansas

Preferred:

• Experience in APN/RNP patient care in a family practice setting strongly preferred.

Pay Range

$90,854 - $124,904 /year
