Manual Loaders

Our client, a leader in the furniture industry, is seeking manual loaders primarily on 1st shift to join their team. As a loader you will be part of the operations team supporting the efficient loading and transportation of furniture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manual Loader

Location: KENTWOOD, MI

Pay Range: $18.50-$19.50

Shift: 1st and 2nd

What's the Job?

• Loading furniture into trucks efficiently and safely manually

• Using pallet jacks, dolly's to move from staging to trailer

• Handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 50-100 lbs

• Ensuring proper placement and securement of items for transport

• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

• Following safety protocols and company policies at all times

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks lift up to 75#

• Strong work ethic and dependability

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
