Measurable patient outcomes, targets, and pipeline-based performance tracking. Patient education on exercises, prevention, and home care routines. Participation in continuing professional development and specialty certifications. Collaborative care with interdisciplinary team and referrals. Demonstrated clinical outcomes and productivity aligned with merit-based rewards. Mentorship and onboarding support for junior staff and interns.
