Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in the Labor and Delivery department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients and their families.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent nursing experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (ANRP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
More than 5 years of recent experience (within the last 2 years) in Labor and Delivery
1 year of high-risk labor and delivery experience within the last 2 years
Experience in High-Risk Obstetrics (OB) is preferred

Skills and Competencies

Ability to deliver compassionate patient care
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment
