Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a lasting impact in elementary education by supporting students’ well-being and development as a dedicated School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school year. In this contract position, you’ll work with a close-knit community of educators and families to enhance learning environments and foster positive student outcomes. Starting August 20, 2026, you’ll engage with a diverse K-6 population, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students, and making a difference every single day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Connecticut School Psychologist License
• Master’s degree or higher in Educational Psychology
• Experience working with elementary-aged children, preferably K-6
• Strong capability in case management, assessment, intervention, and collaboration with teachers and families
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a supportive team environment and make data-driven recommendations

What You’ll Do:

• Provide psychological assessments and evaluations for students in grades K-6
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on intervention strategies and personalized education plans
• Offer counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral support individually and in groups
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute thoughtful, student-centered recommendations
• Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality per district and state guidelines
• Advocate for student needs while fostering social, emotional, and academic growth
