MEP Field EngineerNYC Metro Area | Full-Time | $85,000 to $120,000 + Project BonusGrowing NYC MEP contractor is hiring MEP Field Engineers for commercial and institutional projects across the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Projects range from $2M to $20M and include NYCHA contracts, heating plant installations, VRF systems, and large-scale plumbing and HVAC work.This is a field-based role. You will work alongside experienced superintendents and PMs, manage daily documentation and reporting, coordinate subcontractors, and serve as an on-site representative for the company. Strong training program with vendor and manufacturer certifications provided. Clear path to grow into a superintendent role as the company scales.What you will do:Serve as on-site representative on active MEP projectsSupport superintendents and PMs with daily field coordination and documentationSubmit daily construction and safety reports via project management softwareTrack subcontractor progress, deliveries, inspections, and compliancePrepare and maintain 2-week look-aheads in coordination with the PMWhat we are looking for:1 to 3 years of experience in a field engineer, project engineer, APM, or assistant superintendent roleBackground in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, controls, or MEP constructionComfortable learning new systems and adopting company proceduresValid driver's license and own vehicle requiredOSHA 30 and NYC SST card (40-hour) requiredFirst aid/CPR certification a plusNYCHA or prevailing wage experience a plusCompensation: $85,000 to $110,000 base salary depending on experience, plus project-based performance bonus at job completion.cob2Salary/Rate:US$80,000 - US$120,000 per annumJob Type:Site BasedContract Type:PermanentTown/City:New YorkCounty:New YorkSector:Construction & DevelopmentJob ref:JN -062026-85450_1782413993Post Date:06. 25. 2026
