Korzen Health is partnering with a leading not-for-profit hospital in the heart of Shreveport, Louisiana, to recruit a Board-Certified/Eligible Neurologist. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice within a 230-bed teaching hospital affiliated with LSU, working alongside Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents. Position Highlights: Inpatient/Outpatient mix (Monday-Friday) with dedicated Hospitalist support. Clinic Procedures: EMG, EEG, Botox, LPs (clinic co-located with Cardiology for seamless referrals). Flexible Call: Tele-Stroke coverage provided by Ochsner Clinic. Teaching Opportunities: Mentor LSU residents (optional). Autonomy: Shape your practice with a built-in referral network from 700+ multi-specialty providers. Schedule & Work-Life Balance: Generous PTO: 30 days off + 5 CME days annually. Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus. Full Benefits: Malpractice, CME allowance, 403(b) retirement, student loan repayment. RVU Incentive: Transition to productivity-based model after Year 1 (earning potential up to $500K+). Ideal Candidate: MD/DO, Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology.
